In its century-long history, Zagato Atelier renewed itself every ten years, as its founder Ugo Zagato intended. At the same time, the company always remained true to its rationalistic philosophy and fundamentals, collaborating with 44 different car manufacturers such as Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Bentley, Bugatti, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Lancia, Maserati, and Porsche just to name a few, and producing more than 500 collectible models. It often happened that the automotive brands, right from their onset took up some of Zagato’s distinctive design clues that later became their own symbols. Zagato Atelier has always been a dynamic company, continuously reinventing itself. The advantage for a client turning to Zagato is principally that of having a single interlocutor who will follow the project to start to finish while guaranteeing the excellence and unicity that is considered to be indispensable in the collectible cars sector

B.I. Collection specializes in legendary and luxury car brands and fulfills the highest individual demands regarding the automotive lifestyle. Under the B.I. Collection brand, the company is an official Ferrari dealer at the Urdorf site in Zurich. With Pichler in Gstaad, Aumatt in Reinach/Basel and B.I. Concierge in Basel, three further sites are operating in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, where the group sells luxury cars from brands like Ferrari, Bugatti, Porsche, Mercedes and Maserati. On 1 January 2022, one of the most luxurious automotive dealership locations in Continental Europe was acquired and set in operation. The site is located in Niederwil near St. Gallen. The site was formerly known as Aston Martin St. Gallen. The name B.I. Collection is a combination of the initials of the founder Beat Imwinkelried and the notion that a collection is an assembly of collectibles that goes much further than the traditional car sales showroom. The vision of B.I. Collection is captured by the tag line “Luxury Beyond Cars”.
