We cordially invite you to join us on the 4th B.I. Culinary Cruise from September 26 to 28, 2024, which promises culinary delights and breathtaking landscapes in perfect harmony, this time through the Swiss Riviera and the Lavaux wine region along Lake Geneva.

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2024 // B.I. Collection Gstaad
The first stage takes us through the impressive landscape of the Swiss Alps towards the Pas de Morgins, a picturesque pass that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. We take a break here to enjoy an additional aperitif in this idyllic setting.
After a refreshing stop, we continue on to Montreux, a town known for its beauty along the shores of Lake Geneva. After our arrival at the Fairmont Le Montreux Palace Hotel, guests can expect some time to relax and refresh before dinner. The highlight of the evening is dinner at the Claude Nobs Chalet, a place that embodies the cultural and musical history of Montreux.

  • 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. – Meeting point and welcome aperitif
  • 12:00 – Departure from Gstaad
  • 14:00 – Stopover on the Pas de Morgins, aperitif
  • 17:00 – Arrival at the Fairmont Le Montreux Palace Hotel: welcome aperitif and check-in
  • 20:00 – Dinner at the Claude Nobs Chalet


On day 2, we make our way to picturesque Lavaux, a region famous for its terraced vineyards right on the shores of Lake Geneva. The UNESCO-protected landscape fascinates not only with its beauty, but also with its centuries-old winegrowing tradition, which you will experience at first hand.
In Lavaux, we have the opportunity to delve deep into the secrets of viticulture and learn more about the unique climatic conditions and cultivation methods that make these wines so special.
After the inspiring tour, we continue our journey to the Domaine du Manoir in Valeyres-sous-Rances. We are given an expert tour of the winery and taste selected wines that reflect the characteristic nuances of the terroir.
The crowning glory of the day is dinner on the terrace of our hotel, where we can enjoy the culinary highlights of the region in a relaxed atmosphere and round off the day with a panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding countryside.

  • 09:30 am – Departure for Lavaux
  • 10:30 am – Guided tour of the Lavaux vineyards (1.5 hours)
  • 12:15 p.m. – Departure for Domaine du Manoir, Valeyres-sous-Rances
  • 16:00 – Return to the Fairmont Le Montreux Palace Hotel: rest and refreshment
  • 20:00 – Dinner on the terrace of the hotel
