BEETHOVEN FRIENDSHIP AWARD
Sunday, 16 August 2026 | 18:00 | Festival Tent, Gstaad
As part of our partnership with the Menuhin Festival Gstaad, we are pleased to invite you and your guest to an orchestral evening that combines power, elegance, and grand musical gestures—while also offering a fitting finale to the season.
The Budapest Festival Orchestra and Iván Fischer are known for a rare balance of precision and energy: every detail is in place, yet everything remains vibrant and alive. With Isata Kanneh-Mason as soloist, the evening gains additional depth and radiance. And with the presentation of the Beethoven Friendship Award, a moment is created that reaches beyond the concert itself—an expression of artistic integrity, friendship, and cultural connection.
